Get your Visa Invitation Letter (via AI Everything MEA Egypt)

Visitors: Register for your pass and select “Would you like to apply for a visa?” → Yes to generate your invitation letter at the end of registration. The invitation letter is a supporting document, not a visa.

Exhibitors: Invitation letter can be requested via Ezone (forms/section), or via website registration similarly. Visa letters are valid with the participation letter from Ezone forms.

Apply for Egypt e-Visa (if eligible)

Check eligibility, then apply via the official Egypt e-Visa portal (avoid third-party sites).

E-visa is typically for tourist or business travel; stays typically up to 30 days per authorization.

Documents you’ll typically need (e-Visa)

Common requirements include: passport, photos, passport scan, bank statement, accommodation proof, itinerary, return ticket, and invitation letter (plus business documents for business travel).

Processing time guidance

e-Visa processing is commonly up to 4 days, sometimes 4–7 days depending on screening/completeness.

If you must apply in advance (embassy/consulate)

Some passport holders may need to apply in person via embassy/consulate and allow 6–8+ weeks for approval.
